How to request a refund
Learn when and how renters can request refund review.
Refund requests can be submitted for weather cancellation, owner cancellation, listing accuracy problems, agreed partial refunds or other booking issues. Submit the booking, requested amount and reason from your renter dashboard. Admin will review the request against the listing policies, messages and evidence before approving, rejecting or processing it.
